My Yoga At Home

Our traditional Hatha Yoga Classes are infused with the knowledge of yoga’s sister science of Ayurveda. This means that these classes are focused on the individual needs of its practitioner. These classes are hands-on, highly personalized and focused on the integration of the physical body and the mental body in order to improve mobility, decrease pain, improve circulation and support you on your path to a healthier you!

Yoga one-on-one
(Yoga therapy)

These classes are designed for those in need of a tune-up—whether due to a sports injury, chronic pain, hormonal imbalances, stress, or emotional challenges like anxiety or depression. Rooted in tradition, yoga functions as a form of manual therapy—using breath, movement, and postural alignment to restore balance and support healing. It adapts to all stages of life, including injury recovery and pregnancy. For more individualized care, one-on-one sessions (by appointment) include an assessment, a tailored practice, and therapeutic “homework.” This approach pairs seamlessly with osteopathic treatment, offering a holistic path to long-term well-being.

Low-ratio Group Classes

These classes are designed to provide undivided attention from the teacher to address your individual needs.
