Hatha Yoga Noon Classes

These classes are designed for all levels emphasizing on the specific needs of the group at hand. Most Attendees have issues related to stress, tension and acute pains due to repetitive movement due to life style, sports etc.
Winter Tuesday Jan 10th to Tuesday March 21st (10 weeks)
Friday, Jan 13th to Friday March 24th
Spring Tuesday March 28th to Tuesday, June 23rd /

Summer Tuesday June 20th to Tuesday July 25th

Tuesdays, Fridays at 12 o’clock Noon.
Hatha Yoga Conscious Movement
Don’t get deceived by this class tittle. It is a class designed to target each one of the attendees body’s alignment and imbalances. These classes will progressively allowed you to understand where these imbalances and misalignments originate in order to manages, diminish or transcend pain and or discomfort.

Hatha Yoga Restorative
These classes are designed to target your nervous system utilizing your connection with the breath, physical body and your ability to focus. The main goal of these classes is to provide the space and time for your body and mind to experience a sense of calmness and quietness so much needed these days.
