Our lived experiences lead us to different paths in life. One of those paths brings us back to wellness. Feeling stronger and more empowered isn’t about the fact that we all get older, it’s about commitment, self-love, and dedication to becoming a healthier, stronger version of ourselves. Osteopathy and Traditional hatha yoga can be part of your strategy to continue the path you have set out for yourself. These therapies may be the answer you’ve been looking for, whether you’re passionate about sports or experiencing acute or chronic pain. Give yourself the opportunity to try them and see for yourself!

Manual Osteopathy is a gentle hands-on therapy . Manual osteopaths are trained to perform manual techniques on a fully clothed client. These techniques align muscles, bones and joints to reduce or remove  any blockage throughout the body.  During these techniques, circulation and lymph flow are improved together with alignment in order to support the body’s self-healing possibilities!!

Our techniques

Visceral manipulation  enhances the alignment and therefore the functioning of the body’s vital organs. These techniques support the digestive and respiratory systems.

The main objective of Cranial Osteopathy is to connect with the nervous system, so these manipulations are even more subtle but immensely effective. These techniques help your respiratory and nervous systems in a way that can offer the necessary support for those who suffer from high levels of stress, anxiety, insomnia and other ailments related to the nervous and respiratory systems.

Myofascial release techniques are focusing on the connective tissue, which is somehow responsible for scarring, tension, inflammation. After this treatment, you will feel more relaxed with a sensation of no pain or discomfort in your muscles.

Osteo-articular Manipulation techniques are to support your physical body and to help align joints and bones . These are ideal to decrease pain, tension and improve mobility

Focusing on aligning the joints and bones of the body, osteo-articular manipulation can help decrease pain and tension and increase mobility.
