Osteopathy

Manual Osteopathy is a gentle hands-on therapy . Manual osteopaths are trained to perform manual techniques on a fully clothed client. These techniques align muscles, bones and joints to reduce or remove  any blockage throughout the body.  During these techniques, circulation and lymph flow are improved together with alignment in order to support the body’s self-healing possibilities!!

Our techniques

Visceral manipulation  enhances the alignment and therefore the functioning of the body’s vital organs. These techniques support the digestive and respiratory systems.

The main objective of Cranial Osteopathy is to connect with the nervous system, so these manipulations are even more subtle but immensely effective. These techniques help your respiratory and nervous systems in a way that can offer the necessary support for those who suffer from high levels of stress, anxiety, insomnia and other ailments related to the nervous and respiratory systems.

Myofascial release techniques are focusing on the connective tissue, which is somehow responsible for scarring, tension, inflammation. After this treatment, you will feel more relaxed with a sensation of no pain or discomfort in your muscles.

Osteo-articular Manipulation techniques are to support your physical body and to help align joints and bones . These are ideal to decrease pain, tension and improve mobility

Focusing on aligning the joints and bones of the body, osteo-articular manipulation can help decrease pain and tension and increase mobility.

Therapeutic Massage

Massage description Massage Therapy is a hands-on, non-invasive treatment focused on the muscles, connective tissue, and fascia. Massage therapists are trained to assess soft tissue function and address areas of tension while the client is comfortably clothed or partially undressed according to the treatment plan and consent. These techniques help reduce muscular tension, improve circulation, and support overall mobility and function.

Our Techniques

Myofascial Release targets the connective tissue to relieve tension, improve flexibility, and enhance mobility. This technique helps reduce discomfort in muscles and fascia, promoting a sense of relaxation and ease throughout the body.

Deep Tissue and Therapeutic Massage focus on specific muscle groups to address areas of tension or overuse. Pressure and techniques are always adapted to the client’s comfort level, and treatments can be modified or paused at any time upon the client’s request.

Soft Tissue Mobilization works on muscles, tendons, and surrounding connective tissue to improve movement and reduce stiffness, supporting recovery from repetitive strain, sports injuries, or postural imbalances.

Trigger Point Therapy targets specific points of tension within the muscles to help reduce localized discomfort and improve overall muscular function.

Techniques will be selected for your treatment based on the results of your assessment and can be adjusted or modified to match your comfort level throughout the session.

Some of the conditions Massage Therapy can support include:

Back and neck tension or discomfort

Headaches related to muscular tension

Muscle strains and sports-related injuries

Postural imbalances

Repetitive strain injuries (e.g., carpal tunnel, tendonitis)

Sciatica or leg discomfort
