My Yoga At Home

Our traditional Hatha Yoga Classes are infused with the knowledge of yoga’s sister science of Ayurveda. This means that these classes are focused on the individual needs of its practitioner. These classes are hands-on, highly personalized and focused on the integration of the physical body and the mental body in order to improve mobility, decrease pain, improve circulation and support you on your path to a healthier you!

Yoga Class Formats – We offer two options to suit your needs: private one-on-one sessions, providing personalized guidance, and small group classes, where low ratios ensure individual attention in a supportive environment. All classes are held in Kanata, in a space designed to foster presence, connection, and your personal practice.

These one-on-one sessions are designed for individuals seeking personalized support for movement, balance, and overall well-being, whether navigating injury, stress, hormonal changes, or life transitions like pregnancy. Each session includes an assessment, a tailored practice, and suggested exercises for home. This approach complements osteopathic treatment, providing a guided, holistic way to develop strength, flexibility, and mindful self-care.
Low-ratio Group Classes


These small group classes are designed around you, offering focused guidance to honor your body and support your practice. Each class encourages you to connect with your breath, explore movement with ease, and stay present in the moment, so you can grow mindfully and feel fully supported throughout your practice.
