Claudia began her career as a Hatha Yoga teacher, offering low-ratio and private classes for over 15 years. Through this experience, she developed a deep understanding of posture, movement patterns, and body awareness, which continues to inform her approach to care.

Building on this foundation, she is now a Manual Osteopath and Registered Massage Therapist, providing treatments that are grounded in clinical assessment and evidence-informed practice. In her osteopathic work, she addresses structural imbalances and subtle restrictions affecting joints, muscles, the head, nervous system, and internal organs, supporting alignment, postural integration, and overall functional balance. Her massage therapy treatments focus on soft tissue dysfunction, helping to reduce muscular tension, improve circulation, and support recovery from injury or chronic discomfort.

Each approach is delivered within its professional scope, and they can complement one another within a client’s treatment path. Clients are invited to choose the approach that best supports their recovery, well-being, and functional goals.
