“Our yoga classes follow the seasonal schedule, with each session beginning at the start of the season and ending at its conclusion. Registration is open throughout the entire season, so you can join at any time.”

Hatha Yoga Group Classes
Hatha Yoga Conscious Movement
Don’t get deceived by this class tittle. It is a class designed to target each one of the attendees body’s alignment and imbalances. These classes will progressively allowed you to understand where these imbalances and misalignments originate in order to manages, diminish or transcend pain and or discomfort.

Hatha Yoga-alignment
These classes are designed to target your nervous system utilizing your connection with the breath, physical body and your ability to focus. The main goal of these classes is to provide the space and time for your body and mind to experience a sense of calmness and quietness so much needed these days.
